These terms apply to purchases from the Bowerbird Games website. Bowerbird Games (ABN 22 953 561 603) is the trading name of the seller. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Payment is by card, processed securely by Stripe. Your order is processed once payment goes through.

Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to this, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for goods or services that don’t meet a guarantee is limited, at our choice, to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so (or, for services, supplying them again). We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss that wasn’t reasonably foreseeable.
