Cost
Shipping is a flat rate per order, with free shipping over a set amount. Both are shown in the cart, and you’ll see the total before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within a few business days of payment.
- Orders go out with Australia Post. If you’d like Express Post, email before you order and you’ll get a price for it.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and where you live. Remote areas can take longer.
- You’ll get an email when your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, email finley@bowerbirdgames.com.au and it’ll get sorted out. Your rights are explained on our returns and refunds page.
